How it Works
The Indreprenuer Affiliate Program offers commission-based earnings for successful placements and business connections.
For Recruiters: Earn up to 50% commission on successful job closures where the CTC is less than 3 Lacs per Annum, or up to 40% commission on successful job closures where the CTC is more than 3 Lacs per Annum.
For Business Developers: Earn a 10% commission on every successful deal or corporate connect you establish

Check out the active jobs on our portal or focus on the "HOT vacancies" shared daily by your Affiliate Manager.

CONFIRM JOB ID
Get approval from your Affiliate Manager for the specific Job ID you want to work on.

FIND CANDIDATES
Source potential candidates from various platforms, including free job sites and social media

Screen & VAlidate
Ensure the candidates' profiles match the job requirements before submitting them

Submit CVs
Send the validated CVs to your Affiliate Manager using your official email

Identify potential clients, in you local network or geography

CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Clearly understand the client expectations & provide solutions to their manpower challanges

ONBOARDING
Signoff on the SLA as provided. Once confirmed by the SPOC, pass the client to the Affilaiate Manager
