Scope of Work

  • Setting up a CEO Office
  • Working closely with the CEO to develop and execute the organization's strategic plans. This includes setting long-term goals, identifying potential risks, and creating plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Serving as a liaison between the CEO and other senior executives, as well as external stakeholders such as investors, customers, and the media. They are responsible for ensuring that the CEO's message is effectively communicated throughout the organization.
  • Overseeing various projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO. This includes ensuring that projects are on track, identifying potential roadblocks, and developing solutions to overcome them.
